FXCM also has available the metratrader 4, which is the standard in the forex industry. Among other features it supports automated trading, it comes with comprehensive charting packages and a huge variety of technical indicators.

When it comes it customer support, FXCM offers its assistance for clients, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, via email of phone. Unfortunately, they do not have live chat support, but the fact that they are available during weekend is a big advantage.
